We are seeking an inspiring and community-minded Head Teacher to lead Paengaroa Kindergarten, a full-time leadership position within the Inspired Kindergartens network.
Nestled in the heart of a vibrant rural community, Paengaroa Kindergarten offers a unique opportunity to lead a passionate and experienced teaching team while fostering strong partnerships with whānau and the wider community.
We are looking for a leader who is committed to high-quality teaching and learning, values authentic relationships, and can inspire both tamariki and kaiako to thrive. You will champion a curriculum that embraces exploration, curiosity, and a deep sense of belonging, while supporting children to develop confidence, resilience, and a strong connection to their community and the natural world.
The kindergarten is well resourced and supported by a welcoming and engaged community, with a dedicated team of four full-time teachers and a part-time administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about early childhood education, values rural community connections, and is ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of tamariki and whānau.
