GOSH FAQ

What is GOSH?

GOSH, a simple online health, safety and wellbeing system that Inspired Kindergartens use to report incidents or accidents to whānau. GOSH only applies to our Kindergarten services.

When will I need GOSH?

If your child is involved in an incident or accident while at the kindergarten, we will report this online to GOSH through the Inspired Kindergarten portal. If the incident or accident is considered a minor incident GOSH will send you an email summary directly to you. Any major incidents Inspired Kindergartens teachers will continue to call whānau immediately.

What is a major incident?

A major incident or accident is defined as any non-minor incident or event and any head injury. For example, a minor incident may be a bump or scrape that may require a band aid that excludes the area of the head. A major incident may require investigation by our staff to determine factors such as hazards.

What do I do if I change my email address?

You should update your contact details as soon as possible with your Kindergarten.

What do I do if I receive an email from GOSH?

There is no follow-up required by you and it is purely for your records. If you do wish to have a discussion with us, then please do by either talking with the Head Teacher or Teacher at your Kindergarten. The email you will receive is from goshsystem@workingwise.co.nz with the subject line of your Kindergarten.

When is this change happening?

The upgraded system will be in operation in Term 2 on the 16th of June. We appreciate your patience while this transition occurs, and we look forward to a better experience for you when and if these incidents or events occur.
