Te Puke Kindergarten – Full-time Head Teacher position
With its long-standing history of over 50 years within the community, Te Puke Kindergarten is a well-loved kindergarten set within a town, surrounded by orchards and farmlands. It’s a warm, culturally diverse community and you are invited to come and be a part of the dedicated teaching team. The team has a strong commitment to further development of te reo me ōna tikanga within the programme.
The kindergarten is well resourced and has a teaching staff of four full-time teachers a part-time teacher and a part-time administrator. The kindergarten operates five 6-hour sessions Monday to Friday and runs a holiday programme.
The kindergarten has been working closely with the kāhui ako and recognise the importance of collaboration with the local schools and early learning services.
